Consuming locally-produced, seasonal ingredients reduces the amount of energy needed for production, transportation, and preservation, and helps revitalize the community. We are aware of our responsibility and obligation to ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees, and local residents in the event of a disaster or other emergency, and we establish systems to prepare for such contingencies.
